What is your cancellation policy?

We never want to see a customer go, especially if there is something we can do to help solve an issue or remove friction along the way. It’s important for us to hear from you so we can improve all our services. Platform feedback can be submitted anytime using our feedback form or during the cancellation process. Your feedback goes to our product team, who is always looking for ways to enhance our platform and satisfy our users.


Cancel Plan

1. Go to Setting and click on Open Billing Dashboard


2. Under Current plan, you can find the option to Cancel Plan


Please note Your subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle and your credit card won't be charged again. No credit is offered for canceling an account prior to the end of a billing cycle.


Reactivate/Renew a plan that's been canceled 

If you cancel a plan by accident (or you change your mind), you can renew it to reactivate it anytime.
